Obi-Wan Kenobi - Ben Kenobi

Obi-Wan Kenobi, riding on his eopie. Weathered from the dune sea and the unforgiving twin suns of Tatooine.
This was one of my first concepts for the TV-show, the piece was created in the end of of 2019. For the character design I tried to bridge the gap between the Prequels and the original trilogy. Working with the visual storytelling by adding some recognizable items in his luggage.
The first image is mirrored from the original. It just fitted the story better this way, the action going left to right. Most of this was sculpted in 3DCoat, then painted up in photoshop.
I rarely get to meet the cast, but when I had the chance to meet Ewan McGregor I gave him a print of my concept art.
